Palm Coast

Palm Coast spans roughly 90 square miles and had a 2020 census population of 89,258, making it Flagler County's largest city by far. We work every lettered section of the original ITT plat, along the main corridors of Palm Coast Parkway, Belle Terre Parkway, Old Kings Road and State Road 100. Canal-front lots, common along the saltwater canal system that feeds the Intracoastal, tend to need cleaning on a shorter cycle than inland lots because of the added salt exposure on top of general humidity.

Bunnell

Bunnell is the Flagler County seat, bordered by Palm Coast to its north and east, and it's the smaller, older town at the center of the county's growth. Flagler County itself was carved out of Volusia and St. Johns Counties back in 1917. Homes and small commercial buildings in Bunnell tend to be older than the average Palm Coast property, which usually means a repaint or two already on the books, something we factor into how gentle a soft-wash chemical dwell needs to be. Flagler Beach

Flagler Beach sits along State Road A1A on the coast, a short drive east of Palm Coast. Being directly on the Atlantic adds a layer most inland Flagler County homes don't deal with: salt air corrosion stacked on top of the same humidity-driven algae and mildew everyone else gets. Metal fixtures, screen cage frames and stucco here often need a slightly gentler chemical mix to avoid accelerating salt-driven corrosion while still clearing biological growth. The Hammock

South of Palm Coast, A1A runs through the Hammock, past Washington Oaks Gardens State Park and on toward Marineland and the St. Johns County line. Live oak canopy here keeps roofs and north walls shaded and damp longer than an open subdivision, which speeds up algae growth and adds oak tannin staining most other parts of the county don't deal with. Ormond Beach edge

The Flagler and Volusia County line sits just south of Palm Coast, and the coastal corridor connecting the two runs through the Ormond Scenic Loop and Trail, a route that includes stretches of Old Dixie Highway and John Anderson Drive linking Flagler Beach down toward Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Every part of this coverage area sits inside hurricane season, June 1 through November 30, and Flagler County has taken direct hits three of the last four seasons.
